Elegant Canadian office resembling luxury hotel
The goal for the IQ Offices in Toronto, Canada, was to evoke the ambience of a 5-star luxury hotel within a flexible office environment. This vision began with the flooring, which had to strike a balance between durability, warmth and sophistication. “We chose Bjelin floors because they provide the authentic look and feel of solid hardwood, combined with the performance and stability of an engineered product, all at a more accessible price point.” Woodura Herringbone 2.0 flooring was selected to reflect the building’s heritage and Woodura Planks 3.0 were chosen for the office floors to enhance the sense of space.
